Clear terms before coaching begins
This website offers personalised coaching and consultation services. No physical goods are sold, so product delivery and exchange do not apply.
Service prices
Payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnia. US dollar amounts are shown for reference; the UAH equivalent uses a fixed rate of UAH 45 per USD 1.
The final charge is displayed on the secure LiqPay page before payment confirmation. Available methods depend on the device, card and LiqPay settings.
When service delivery begins
For coaching packages, delivery begins after order confirmation and the first of the following: reviewing the client questionnaire or materials, starting a personalised plan, or opening the private coaching channel. For consultations and posing lessons, it begins when submitted materials are reviewed or the agreed session starts.
By requesting that work begins before the 14-day period expires, the client expressly consents to performance and acknowledges that the unconditional withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully delivered.
Cancellation and refunds
- Before service delivery begins: 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
- Once work has begun, an unconditional full refund due solely to a change of mind is not available. Completed sessions, analysis already performed, services already delivered and personalised materials already created are non-refundable.
- If part of a prepaid package has not yet been delivered, its refundable amount is calculated after deducting the value of work already completed and is returned through the original payment method.
- A completed consultation, completed posing lesson or fully delivered coaching package is non-refundable.
- If a service is not delivered, has a material defect, or is cancelled by the provider, the client retains all remedies available under Ukrainian law.
How to request a refund
The request should include the client name, service, payment date and amount, reason for the request, and sufficient payment details to identify the transaction. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days; an approved refund is initiated within 10 business days and may require additional bank processing time.
